NightLegs
Got it. Thank you.
Your words are in my inbox. I read every review myself before it goes on the site, and yours will be up once I have. It will help the next person deciding more than you would think.
It is in my inbox and I will read it myself, not a queue. Expect a reply from me at the address you gave, with what to change. Nothing you have told me counts against you in any way.
If you want to add anything, or a photo of the wrap on your foot, send it to support@nightlegs.com and it lands with the same person.

How are the nights going?
One tap. Whatever the honest answer is, that is the one I want.
Tell me what is getting in the way.
This comes straight to me, not a ticket queue. The more you tell me about what the wrap is actually doing at night, the faster I can tell you what to change.
You are covered, so there is no rush to decide anything tonight.
Your ninety nights run from the day the wraps were delivered, not from today. If you get to the end of them and you want out, you email me and I refund you in full. You keep the wraps. No forms, no return shipping, no convincing me.
So the only thing I would ask is that you let me help you get the fit right first. A wrap set wrong feels almost exactly like a wrap that is not for you, and that is a shame to find out after the fact.
While you wait for my reply, three things worth checking
Nearly every "it is not doing anything" message I get comes down to one of these.
- The pad is on the arch, underneath. Not under the ball of the foot, not on the heel, not on top. If it has slid off the hollow of your arch, the pressure is landing nowhere.
- Snug, not tight.Flex your toes. You should still clearly feel the pressure under the arch. Tingling, pins and needles or cold toes means too far. Loosen and cross the straps again.
- On before bed, both feet, every night. Not at 2am after it has flared. Three nights out of seven at three different tensions tells you nothing. Seven steady nights tells you everything.
Would you rather just write a public review? You can do that here.
